Our Equipment

Real Gear. Real Photos.

Every image is captured on professional Canon optics, lit with Westcott and Godox equipment, and processed — not generated. No AI fabrication. No shortcuts.

What We Shoot With

Camera

Canon EOS R6 Mark II — Full-frame mirrorless · 24.2MP · 4K 60p · IBIS · Dual Pixel CRAF II AF

Lenses

Canon TS-E Tilt-Shift — Optical perspective correction — zero keystoning in-camera for architectural interiors
Canon EF 17–40mm f/4L — L-series wide-angle via EF-EOS R adapter — chosen for its rendering character, not specs
Samyang 14mm f/2.8 RF — Ultra-wide for tight spaces — discontinued RF native, low distortion
Canon RF Ultra-Wide — Wide environmental coverage for great rooms and outdoor spaces
Aftermarket Glass — Quality-selected third-party optics when they produce the best result for the shot

Aerial

DJI Mavic Air Series — Compact · 4K stabilized · exceptional dynamic range · FAA Part 107 certified

Lighting

Westcott FJ400 Strobe — Primary studio-grade flash — powerful, portable, consistent output for any interior condition
Godox AD200 Pro — Handheld portable strobe — industry workhorse for on-location fill and off-camera flash
TTL + High-Speed Sync — Full TTL metering and HSS for precise exposure control in mixed ambient and flash conditions
Godox Pagoda Modifier — Large spread modifier for soft, even light across wide spaces
Westcott Speed Modifier (Octagonal) — Octagonal softbox for controlled, flattering light with natural catchlights

We choose the right gear for each job — not the newest or most expensive, but what produces the best result for that specific space and light condition. That judgment is something no AI tool replaces.

360° Documentation & Project Photography

Why We Use iGUIDE

iGUIDE powers both our residential 360° virtual tours and our construction & site documentation services. For everyday listings it delivers accurate floor plans and immersive walkthroughs. For construction and commercial projects, it goes further — LiDAR precision that camera-based systems simply can't match.

True 2D LiDAR Laser Scanning

Construction verification requires exact numbers. Matterport uses cameras to estimate dimensions through photogrammetry, which can warp or skew over long commercial distances. iGUIDE uses a true physical laser sensor accurate within 0.5%.

CAD-Ready Deliverables

iGUIDE generates DWG and DXF CAD files directly from your scans — plug them straight into Autodesk or Revit for planning layouts, electrical schematics, or plumbing runs. Not just a tour. A real construction document.

Our AI Policy

AI Assists. It Doesn't Replace.

We use AI-assisted tools only where they support honest post-processing. We do not use generative AI to alter rooms, properties, or landscapes. What you see is what buyers walk into.
