Agent Fast Reel · $99 Add-On

Agent Fast Reel
Shot List & Filming Primer.

Everything you need to capture great raw footage on your phone. We handle the rest — editing, music, branding, and delivery within 24 hours.

Add-On Only — Important

The Agent Fast Reel is exclusively available as an add-on to a complete FullView 360 shoot package. Your package must include the professional elements we blend into the reel — HDR photography, drone footage, or both. This add-on cannot be booked as a standalone service.

Before You Start Filming

Hold Landscape

Always film with your phone sideways (horizontal). Never vertical — we need the wide frame.

Chase the Light

Open all blinds and turn on all lights before you start. Film toward windows when possible.

Move Slowly

Walk at half your normal pace. Smooth, slow motion edits far better than rushed clips.

Keep Clips Short

5–15 seconds per shot is ideal. We will cut and sequence everything — more is better than longer.

Recommended Phone Settings

Set these before you start filming for the cleanest possible footage.

iPhone Settings

  • Open the Camera app and select Video mode.
  • Set resolution to 4K at 30fps (Settings > Camera > Record Video).
  • 4K 60fps tip: Use 60fps for B-roll movement — gimbal walks through hallways, exterior approaches, pool and fountain scenes, or any shot you may want slowed down or speed-ramped in the edit. Stick to 4K 30fps for narration or darker interiors where 60fps can reduce available light and add noise. A good mix: 30fps for hero and narration scenes, 60fps for motion-heavy shots.
  • Enable "Lock White Balance" by long-pressing the subject area until AE/AF Lock appears.
  • Turn on Cinematic Stabilization if available (iPhone 13+), or use standard video with a steady hand.
  • Disable Live Photos while filming.
  • Keep HDR Video ON for richer color.
  • For agents planning to film frequently: consider the free Blackmagic Camera app. It gives you full manual control over ISO, shutter, white balance, and codec — significantly improving raw footage quality over the native camera app.

Android Settings

  • Open your Camera app and select Pro Video or Manual Video mode if available.
  • Set resolution to 4K at 30fps.
  • 4K 60fps tip (Pro Video mode): Use 60fps for B-roll movement — gimbal walks, exterior approaches, pool and fountain scenes, or any shot intended for slow motion or speed ramps. Default to 4K 30fps for narration or lower-light interiors where 60fps demands a faster shutter and can increase grain. Mix them: 30fps for hero scenes, 60fps for motion shots.
  • Set White Balance manually to "Cloudy" (approx 6000K) indoors for warm, consistent tones.
  • Enable OIS (Optical Image Stabilization) in camera settings if available.
  • Set ISO as low as possible (100–200) to reduce grain in well-lit spaces.
  • Avoid Auto HDR video — it can cause flickering in editing.
  • For agents planning to film frequently: download the free Blackmagic Camera app (available on Android). It provides full manual control over ISO, shutter speed, white balance, and recording format — a significant upgrade over the stock camera app.

Optional Gear Upgrades

For agents doing multiple listings per month, a small gear investment pays off fast in production quality.

Gimbal (Stabilizer)

Eliminates camera shake for a smooth, professional-looking walk-through. Makes a huge difference on multi-listing agents.

  • DJI Osmo Mobile 6

Best overall — folds flat, magnetic mount, easy to use.

  • Zhiyun Smooth 5S

Pro-grade, excellent stabilization for heavy phones.

  • Hohem iSteady M6

Budget-friendly alternative, solid for everyday use.

Wireless / Lavalier Mic

Better audio if the agent speaks on camera. Even if the video is music-only, clean ambient sound improves the edit.

  • DJI Mic 2

Wireless, compact clip-on. Industry-standard for real estate video.

  • Rode Wireless GO II

Versatile dual-channel wireless. Great for narrated walk-throughs.

  • Neewer Wireless Lav Mic (Amazon)

Affordable Bluetooth option for casual use — search 'Neewer wireless lapel mic' on Amazon.

Your Shot List

01

Front Exterior

Stand across the street or at the end of the driveway. Walk slowly toward the home. Hold phone landscape (sideways).

02

Front Door / Entry

Start outside the front door, push it open and walk in slowly. Keep motion smooth — no jerking.

03

Living / Main Room

Enter from the doorway. Pan slowly left to right from the corner of the room. Let the room fill the frame.

04

Kitchen

Start at one end of the counter. Walk the length of the kitchen. Pause on any standout features (island, appliances).

05

Primary Bedroom

Walk in from the doorway. Sweep toward the windows to capture natural light. If there's a view — pause on it.

06

Primary Bathroom

Enter slowly. Hold on the vanity, then turn toward the shower/tub. 5-8 seconds per feature.

07

Additional Bedrooms

A slow entry and quick pan of each room is enough. Keep clips under 10 seconds.

08

Backyard / Outdoor Space

Step outside and pan the full yard. If there's a pool, patio, or view — walk toward it slowly.

09

Any Standout Features

Fireplace, built-ins, wine fridge, upgraded laundry — give these 5 seconds of focused screen time.
